This mid-sized shrubby perennial features maple-shaped, grey / green leaves, and will reach 4ft (1.2ft) tall by 3ft (90cm)wide. Long-lasting, hollyhock-shaped flowers emerge in early to mid summer, and last for months. These are white with a pinkish eye and can reach up to 3 in (7.5cm) across. They fade to pink with age. To keep the plant’s bushy habit, they should be cut back to within a foot of the ground in the spring. They’re ideal for containers.
